Meet The Visionary

Paula Stevens- Watkins- World renowned, Singer, Author, Life coach, CEO, wife and mother. She is a Tampa native and most of all, a woman of God. Paula is married to Bishop Dominic Watkins, Pastor of Freedom Church of Tampa, Inc. where she is the First Lady and over the Worship & Arts Ministry and Women’s Ministry. They have three beautiful children, Steven, Sy’riah and Chase.

She was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and attended Hillsborough County Schools. She is a graduate of King High School in Tampa where she was actively involved in the music, dance and theater departments. She went on to complete her undergraduate studies at  Florida A & M University and obtained her Bachelors Degree.

Paula’s singing career has awarded her the opportunity to share the stage and sing background for many gospel artist, and celebrities, locally and abroad. She has played the Disney- House of Blues stage for their Gospel Burnch (formerly known as the Kirk Franklin Gospel brunch) for over 17 years. When she sings, her desire is to take you to another dimension in worship and praise!

She is the previous owner and CEO of a an icecream and milkshake shop, SHAKE KULTURE. The Founder of Love YOUrself to Life, a Ministry and movement designed to empower, educate, and restore women, men, children and families as a whole, to be a BETTER YOU! She is a certified Life Coach and has a mentorship program for Young women.  In addition, she is also an Author and publisher  and has released several book collaborations that feature women and their testimonies of how they ovecame triumph like herself as well as several Prayer Journals. “Lady P” as she is affectionately called, loves the Lord, her family, her church and has a passion for helping others; mentorship, feeding the homeless, sending less fortunate high school seniors to prom, and so much more! She prides herself on a being a lady of class, character, integrity and respect.
